1318 Pioneer HWY Silvana, WA 98287

Rare opportunity to own this well-known historical building in downtown Silvana! There is so much history in every inch of this old Grainery building, including the original grain shoots and ladders. The wood and metal construction give this building an industrial, rustic feel. Bring your ideas and create a charming venue or retail space with large wood beams and high ceilings. The roomy, open space allows for large equipment. There is a large, rollup door that goes out to a loading dock, so trucks and equipment can utilize it easily. The north end has a seperate office space with a bathroom, and door to the front of the building. Newer metal roof. Minutes from I-5, Arlington and Stanwood. Come take a look and imagine the possibilities!
